About the service
Groomers perform a “Head-to-Toes” assessment of your pup to ensure they are feeling their best prior to beginning their groom. Our store team leaders inspect our salons regularly to ensure all pets are happy and healthy. We never leave pets unattended in the salon and they are never allowed to roam free. All tools and cages are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between appointments.
They will closely observe them for any combination of the following:
- Lethargy
- Excessive panting
- Excessive drooling
- Trembling or shaking
- Redness in eyes
What's included?
Let our groomers bathe, pamper, and style your precious dog so you don’t have to. Spa packages are offered at all our facilities. When you bring your dog in for a spa package, your dog will experience an enjoyable and relaxing session with a professional and experienced groomer. Services that are included in a spa package include:
- Style consultation with your pet’s groomer at drop-off
- Two shampoos using premium product formulas selected for your pet’s coat and skin needs
- Premium conditioning treatments as needed
- Blow dry and brush out by hand (never a cage dryer!)
- Nail trimming
- Ear cleaning
- Sanitary and paw pad trim
- Scissor-finished tidy trim or full haircut as requested
- Nails clipped
- Ears cleaned
- Bathe, condition, and dry
- Brush out (before and after wash)
- Haircut and style appropriate for the dog breed or mixed breed
